It is a cut down version of [[Inkscape]] based on version 0.36, the last version not requiring [[Gtkmm]].  If you wish to install the full version please see the [[Inkscape Inkscape page]]. For bitmap/raster graphics see [[mtPaint]] or [[GIMP]].
