====How to Create a __Full__ Installation on an Internal Device (H.D.D. or S.S.D.)====
- Ensure that the target installation partition has sufficient free space available
- **Create a LiveDVD or LiveUSB**
~-**Power-off the target computer and connect the ""LiveDVD/USB""**
- **Power-on the target computer**: if the computer does not start/boot from the ""LiveDVD/USB"" it will be necessary to either access a boot menu, or the U.E.F.I/B.I.O.S. firmware settings, so that the computer is instructed to boot with the desired optical drive or U.S.B. flash memory drive (and not any internal drive); re-starting will be necessary in conjunction with using the correct key(s) (read //Appendix// below)
- **Configure the keyboard, locale & timezone settings** {one is offered to do this either during start-up or immediately after}
- **[[https://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=29653 Prepare the internal device (H.D.D. or S.S.D.)]]** (optional) via //Menu > System > [[GParted]]//; after any modifications re-start the computer __without saving__ any changes and with the ""LiveDVD/USB"" connected
- **[[https://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=29653 Install to internal device (H.D.D. or S.S.D.)]]** via //Menu > System > Puppy Universal Installer//
- **__Remove__ the ""LiveDVD/USB"" and power-off the computer __without saving__**
~-Power-on the computer
