• Enable "Developer options" of target Android device

• Enable "OEM unlocking" & "U.S.B. debugging" from within "Developer options"

• Re-boot to Download Boot Mode (on the target Android device)

• Ensure the device is charging via a U.S.B. cable > Power-off the device > Simultaneously depress Volume Up, Volume Down & Power buttons until blue screen appears

• Select "Device Unlock Mode" by long pressing Volume Up button. WARNING: ALL USER DATA ON TARGET DEVICE WILL BE ERASED. IRREVERSIBLE CHANGES, SUCH AS NO MORE UPDATES FROM SAMSUNG, LOSS OF ANY WARRANTY.

• Download these three image files gts7lwifi | gts7l:

• iode-[...]-recovery.tar

• iode-[...]-vbmeta.img

• iode-[...]-ota.zip

• Convert the first two files to tar file format:

• tar -cfv --format=ustar iode-[...]-recovery.tar iode-[...]-recovery.img

• tar -cfv --format=ustar iode-[...]-vbmeta.tar iode-[...]-vbmeta.img

• Re-boot to Download Boot Mode (on the target Android device)

• Flash the two converted files using Brokkr or Odin (from within a Windows computer that is connected to the target Android device via U.S.B. data cable), or, Eros (from within an Android device/computer that is connected to the target Android device via U.S.B. data cable):

• AP field -> recovery.tar

• USERDATA field -> vbmeta.tar

• Re-boot to "Recovery Boot Mode" (on the target Android device)

• As soon as the flashing process completes, depress "Power" & "Volume Up" buttons simultaneouly

• From within Recovery Boot Mode

• Factory reset -> Format Data/factory reset (WARNING: ALL USER DATA ON TARGET DEVICE WILL BE ERASED)

• From within Recovery Boot Mode, flash the third file

• Apply update -> Apply from ADB -> adb sideload iode-[...]-ota.zip
