C++

C++ is a very common language. It is used for programs using the QT QT toolkit (the KDE equivalent of the Win32 API). C and C++ are the core languages used for writing Linux itself.
To compile C++ in Puppy load the Devx SFS package.

Versions
To the versions of C++ libraries use the strings command:
strings /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6 | grep GLIBC
