DPup
Einführung
Dpups sind eine Familie von eigenständigen eher zielorientierten Puppy's, welche mit dem http://puppylinux.com/woof-ce.html, also der offiziellen Distro-Bausoftware von Puppy, erzeugt wurden. Ziel ist in dem Fall die Kompatibilität mit Debian-Paketen. Wichtige Anmerkung: In den Puppy-Fora gibt es eine andere befreundete Familie von Distro's, die KEINE Puppy's sind und das gleiche Ziel anpeilen, nämlich die Debian-Dogs! Es sind Nachfolger von Debian Live (eine Distroreihe, die es früher gab, aber Debian heute nicht mehr unterstützt!).
