How To Detect Devices
Using GUI
The simplest way to see what devices Puppy has detected is to use HardInfo in the Puppy Menu:
System > System Status and Config > HardInfo hardware information
There is a Device submenu in the lefthand column.
Using the Command Line
The following commands will list various devices-
blkid - will list block devices and their attributes more info
lspci - list all PCI devices more info
lsusb - list all USB devices more info
